At UBF we want to truly make a difference in our clients lives, we don't want to be part of toxic gym cultures which value vanity and image above all else.


We believe that the key components of training should consist of; health, fitness, moving well, mobility, injury prevention and strength. We apply the same principles of training athletes to the general population and will always regress or progress and alter exercises to suit.


We aim to challenge the misconceptions around bashing your body in order to get fit, utilising scientific principles to effectively program smart, enjoyable targeted improvements.

INITIAL TESTING AND PROFILING

Functional movement screening + movement patterning.

INDIVIDUALISED PROGRAM DESIGN

Specific to goals, strengths, weaknesses + training experience.

1:1 SESSIONS WITH QUALIFIED S&C COACHES

Programmed session under supervision of trainer ensuring correct form.

RE-TEST REVIEW AND REPEAT

Program changes every 4 weeks to ensure variety and progressive overload.

45min or 60min sessions

Personalised 1:1 sessions with qualified personal trainers, strength and conditioning coaches and sports specific trainers.


Small Group Personal Training
60min sessions

Want to share your awesome session and results with a partner or friends? ​ UBF also offers private small group sessions for up to 3 people.

A range of add ons are available for those undertaking small group and 1:1 Personal Training
