Group Class //

The UBF Group Class Membership has been designed to provide an extensive small group class experience with both Strength and Fitness options in different variety of classes / training styles to suit how YOU like to train.

We value a high quality of service and for this reason our sessions are designed for: QUALITY NOT QUANTITY! We know EVERY ONE of our members abilities and limitations and will always adapt our sessions if needed.

We value diversity, inclusion and the notion that all are welcome (even dogs!). We do not want to become a part of a toxic gym culture valuing vanity and marketability over all else.

We believe that a variety of training methods are required to develop holistic strength and fitness.

This is why we encourage all our clients to participate in a mix of strength and cardio classes.

Progression / Regression

Exercises are programmed to suit individual's training level, pre-existing injuries and goals.

All exercises are progressively overloaded to ensure continuous individual improvement.

No more crowds

At UBF we cap our class numbers at 20 to ensure that there is adequate designated space and equipment. We put you first!

16 Classes per week including cardio, strength, met-con tailored to all skill levels.


Urban Base Fitness is an inclusive community developed to make elite level science based training accessible to all. Our experienced high level strength and conditioning coaches apply the same principles utilised with elite athletes to ensure you reach your goals
